When you request a quote through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, property address, service preferences, and any notes you include. That's it — we don't ask for anything we don't need to price and schedule your lighting.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request — preparing your quote, contacting you about it, and scheduling and performing your installation. Quote requests are delivered to us by a form-processing service (FormSubmit) that transmits your submission to our email.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It is cookie-free and does not track you across the web. If we run advertising campaigns (for example on Facebook or Google), those platforms may set cookies or use identifiers to measure whether their ads led to a visit or a quote request. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Google account settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely.
